By registering, browsing, or transacting on E-moto, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy by reference.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or legally able to enter into a binding agreement. • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You agree to notify us of any unauthorised access or breach. • You must comply with all applicable laws, including POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act.

• All listings must be truthful, complete, and not misleading. • Sellers must have legal ownership or authority to list the item or service. • Pricing must be transparent and include any applicable VAT. • Service providers are responsible for clearly stating timelines, inclusions, and exclusions. • Commission and platform service fees are disclosed upfront and are non-negotiable.

You may not list or facilitate: • Stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented items • Goods or services that violate South African law • Recalled items without proper documentation • Items with tampered or missing identification numbers • Content that is defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

E-moto uses Peach Payments for secure transactions. A standard platform commission applies to each completed service or transaction. A flat fee (set by service providers) may apply to certain services and is non-refundable. Payment processing fees may apply and are disclosed prior to checkout. Additional services or premium features may incur extra charges.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Users have 7 calendar days to raise a dispute following service delivery. Disputes must be raised within the platform and are reviewed in cooperation with the service provider. E-moto reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility to protect fairness and platform integrity.

E-moto is a platform and not the direct provider of listed services. We are not liable for: • The accuracy or quality of listings • Damages or loss arising from services provided by third-party users • Delivery failures or service quality issues • Losses arising from user disputes, shipping, or payment The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind.

All content, branding, and intellectual property on E-moto remains the property of Moto Tech (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Your use of E-moto is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes may be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
